我明明訂單顯示訂的是五個晚上附陽台18坪的房間、結果到了現場櫃檯硬說我訂的只是高級房、經過我一直抗議才在第四天才給我換有陽台的房間、但是我還是很生氣委屈住了三晚窗戶打不開的房間、不誠實的飯店、fraud group

我的房間被安排在最角落。床單上有兩小塊紅色汙漬，被套上有一塊不知道是什麼。房間隔音不好。吵。房間裡沒有餐巾紙唯一有的是廁紙🧻。工作人員服務非常好。另外這一塊區域很多印度人應該還有緬甸人，走在路上會被很多人看。安全倒還是安全的。

Great location just beside the pratunam night market, walking distance to Phoenix and Platinum Mall.. slightly far from the Bts but grab bike is a great choice too!! The staffs are friendly, welcoming and helpful, providing great services! Amenities are working fine, shower gels are getting refilled daily, the fridge is great!

House keeping team did a good job and provided clean room everyday . Location wise was great close to Pratunam market . Security 24 hours with excellent service . One thing I need go highlight which is the receptionist . Amenities were great one downside was no kettle in room and you have to go downstairs to get hot water which is inconvenient . Bring your own shampoo because shampoo provided wasn’t good . The guy work on morning shirt during my stay ( a little bit chubby ) , he just show black face everytime when we requested something . This was a turned down for our stay . Please improve. .

設施：簡簡單單也很不錯哦！衞生：房間挺新的，一切都很好。環境：在水門區裡，很方便啊哈哈. 服務：沒有早餐，但是也OK呀。附近吃的很多， 7-11 對面巷，陽台很大！
